Introduction

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete sales process within the real estate division. The role involves generating leads, engaging with clients and brokers, conducting market surveys, facilitating property bookings, and ensuring accurate documentation, thereby driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

KRA 1: Lead Generation and Client Management
• Lead Generation & Sorting: Identify, categorize, and manage potential clients through various channels to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Payment & Policy Discussions: Engage with potential clients regarding payment terms, company policies, and initial inquiries to build trust and clarity.
• Broker Engagement: Collaborate with real estate brokers to identify new land
parcels for development and discuss opportunities with existing projects, fostering strong partnerships.

KRA 2: Customer Interaction and Market Analysis
• Customer Site Visits: Organize and conduct site visits for prospective customers, showcasing properties and addressing queries effectively.
• Payment Follow-Ups: Maintain regular communication with customers and banks to ensure timely payments and resolve any payment-related issues.
• Market Survey: Conduct detailed market surveys in Indore to gather insights on trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions.

KRA 3: Sales Finalization and Documentation
• Booking Finalization: Facilitate smooth and timely property booking processes, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently.
• Document Preparation: Prepare accurate and compliant documentation for sales transactions, adhering to legal and company standards.
• Sales Plan Development: Create and implement sales plans outlining strategies, targets, and timelines to achieve sales objectives and support the growth of the division.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
