Job Summary: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale built-up projects, particularly high-rise building construction. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, budgets, and safety regulations, while coordinating between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Job Description:
• Project Leadership:
Oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Planning & Scheduling:
Develop master project schedules, resource plans, and procurement schedules in collaboration with planning teams.
• Budget & Cost Control:
Ensure project delivery within approved budgets. Monitor project expenditures and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Contractor and Consultant Management:
Manage selection, evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Technical Oversight:
Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and ensure design intent is realized at the site.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality norms.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring regular communication, progress updates, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Team Management:
Lead multidisciplinary teams including PMC, engineers, architects, and site supervisors.
• Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management on progress, risks, financials, and timelines.
