We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Post Sales Officer/Senior Officer to join
our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing post-sales
operations, ensuring financial accuracy, validating documentation, and maintaining seamless
software processes in our sales module.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage the Sales Module of our software by handling project setup, unit
definitions, pricing, interest configurations, and global settings to ensure smooth
operations.
• Verify all sales details meticulously, approve payment receipts, and generate
vouchers to maintain financial accuracy.
• Validate broker bills, PIMs, and related documents to ensure correctness in amounts
and stages; generate and approve Journal Vouchers (JVs) in the software with
precision.
• Oversee unit resales and cancellations by verifying reasons through PIM and
processing refunds with accurate voucher generation.
• Ensure error-free document drafting during registry processes and reconcile
payment histories with software and account statements for complete accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure
compliance with internal policies.

• Strong knowledge of post-sales processes in the real estate sector.
• Hands-on experience with real estate sales software/ERP modules.
• Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Ability to validate complex documents and transactions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related
field.
• 2–5 years of experience in post-sales operations, real estate documentation, or
software management preferred.
• Familiarity with broker billing, unit resales, cancellations, and registry processes
is an added advantage.
