Job Summary: Responsible for planning, designing, executing, and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at project sites. The role involves coordination with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of MEP activities within the defined timelines, cost, and quality standards.
Job Description:
Plan, schedule, and execute MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage, etc.) as per project specifications and approved drawings.
Coordinate between architectural, civil, and MEP, PMC teams to resolve design and site issues.
Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project and statutory requirements.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Ensure work is carried out as per safety and quality standards.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for technical clarifications and approvals.
Monitor and control project progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
Assist in the preparation of project estimates, cost control, and material submittals.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Support project handover and ensure as-built documentation is completed accurately.
